Job Description

Brodsky Construction is seeking a Class 3 truck driver. The role will consist of driving, hauling equipment and materials, and some powered mobile equipment operating as required. Wage will depend on experience.

Responsibilities

Safely transporting heavy equipment from one location to another Driving multiple-axle vehicles to and from jobsites, delivering the vehicle and/or materials Following all applicable federal and provincial laws and regulations while hauling Perform pre-trip inspections of the vehicle and complete basic truck maintenance and repair as required Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups Load and unload equipment onto trailers Operating powered mobile equipment as required Other transportation and hauling duties as required
QualificationsRequired

Must be driven to excel in your position, and improve every day. Possess a valid Class 3 driver's license or higher. 1 year experience of Class 3 driving and hauling. Own transportation & valid driver's license. Willing to work 50+ hours per week. Willing to work weekends and holidays as required. Be able to drive for long periods of time.
Preferred

Possession of current safety tickets (first aid, TDG etc.) will be considered an asset. Please include copies of any certificates with your resume.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Seasonal

Pay: From $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 - 60 per week
