About the Role

Hardy Freightways is looking for talented dedicated drivers with exceptional customer service to join our delivery fleet. We provide dedicated equipment and opportunities for growth.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain compliance and operational safety. Delivering products to various locations within Fraser Valley, Surrey, Delta, Richmond, Vancouver and surrounding areas Ensure customer delivery is met in a timely, safe and professional manner Ensure safe operations of truck, while driving, loading and unloading. Promptly report any incidents and complete all necessary documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures. Adhere to company Health and Safety Program standards and follow all safe operating practices. Making sure the vehicle is properly cleaned at the end of shift and prepared for the following shift. Maintain courteous and professional interactions with customers, colleagues, and supervisors at all times.

What you bring:

Minimum 1 year of Class 3 driving experience Proven ability to maneuver trucks in tight or challenging spaces. Able to follow safe operating practices when working in and around traffic and customer locations. Capable of handling the physical aspect of the job, pushing and pulling pallets into place. Directional knowledge of the Lower Mainland. Ability to work independently. Clean abstract and satisfactory background check Excellent customer service skills
