The Driver will transport products in a safe manner and by following proper provincial regulations. Delivers products to customers on time while providing excellent customer service as the face of the company.

Must have class 1 license

Responsibilities:


Operate a truck in a safe and professional manner at all times. Deliver products to customers on time, while providing complete customer service Transfer materials and items from truck to dock area or other designated area by hand, hand truck, electric pallet jack, or manual pallet jack Communicate with customers regarding deliveries, returns, etc. Maintain logs daily and complies with all other Provincial Transportation procedures/regulations Conduct Pre-trip and Post-trip truck inspections of tractor and trailer units, in compliance with provincial regulations Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Perform other duties and responsibilities as required

Requirements:


Plan and organize effectively; clear communication is a must Must be customer service orientated and have the ability to work independently as well as in a team Problem solver with the ability to multi-task using judgement and decision making skills Must hold valid Class 1 driver's license and provide driver's abstract
