Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and professional Part-Time Class 1 Driver to operate commercial vehicles and support our transportation needs. This role involves safe driving, vehicle maintenance, and efficient delivery or shuttle services. The ideal candidate will have experience in various types of commercial driving, including shuttle driving, delivery, and route driving, with a strong focus on safety and communication skills. This position offers flexible hours suitable for individuals with a passion for driving and logistics.

Responsibilities

Operate a variety of commercial vehicles such as box trucks, flatbeds, or shuttle buses in compliance with all safety regulations Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment like pallet jacks or forklifts when necessary Assist with warehouse activities related to moving goods or equipment as needed Follow all traffic laws and company policies to ensure safety at all times

Experience

Prior experience in commercial driving, including delivery driver experience or shuttle driving preferred Knowledge of heavy equipment operation such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or dump trucks is a plus Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles and heavy haul operations is advantageous Ability to operate various types of commercial vehicles including tractor-trailers, box trucks, tanker trucks, or limousines is preferred

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 32 per week
