The Claims Training and Development Facilitator is accountable for providing education for our Claims employees to learn and develop the required knowledge and skills to be successful Trusted Claim Advisors. In this role, you will provide consulting and facilitation for all claims units throughout Canada when required.

Primary Accountabilities:



Facilitation / Development

: + Facilitate instructor led (ILT) and virtual led training (VLT) for new and existing employees in both French and English utilizing adult learning methodologies.
+ Facilitate topics in line with Leader's Guide that lead to effective performance outcomes
+ Demonstrate effective facilitation skills so learners retain content and transfer skills on the job.
+ Demonstrate passion and enthusiasm to maintain a learning environment that encourage learner participation and engagement.
+ Assist in development and maintenance of training content as required.
+ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal claims procedures.

Monitor learner progress

: + Identify gaps in learner performance based on observation and assessments.
+ Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
+ Communicate issues and performance gaps to learner's manager.

Evaluation:

+ Evaluate feedback and update training material on an ongoing basis as required.
+ Make recommendations for enhancements to content.
+ Identify and share ways to continuously improve the programs' effectiveness.

Consultation

: + Build relationships and consult with Claim Managers, Technical Manager and Quality and Compliance team to understand learning gaps and provide solutions.
+ Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and update training materials, manuals, and eLearning modules.

Co-ordinate training programs

: + Provide administrative support to co-ordinate delivery of training courses and programs.

Project Work

: + Work with Instructional Designers to provide guidance and consultation for design and development of new programs.
+ Create small to medium learning solutions (e.g., job aids, presentations) to support team project goals.
+ Assist in the development of bilingual training strategies and initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications:



Minimum 3 years' experience in handling Auto and/or Total Loss Claims, property. Previous experience in training or mentoring is an asset. Consistently demonstrate Leadership and ACG Behaviours Working knowledge with internal Allstate applications (Assistplus, Claims Center, PLUS, Policy Center, etc.) Strong organizational skills, time management with the ability to work in an agile environment and coordinate efficiently and effectively. Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to present articulately and confidently; with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Ability to adapt positively to constantly changing environment and willing to adopt new practices. Strong consulting, oral and verbal communication skills Proficient in Outlook/PowerPoint/Word/Excel/Forms Applied knowledge of learning software is an asset (i.e. MS Teams, SharePoint, Workday, Degreed, Kahoot, Mentimeter) Able to self-motivate, work independently and collaboratively. Handle challenges and devise solutions. Fluency in

French and English

Facilitateur(trice) de Formation et de Developpement des Reclamations




Le/la Facilitateur(trice) de Formation et de Developpement des Reclamations est responsable de fournir une formation aux employes du service des reclamations afin qu'ils acquierent les connaissances et competences necessaires pour devenir des Conseillers de Reclamations de Confiance performants. Dans ce role, vous offrirez des services de consultation et de facilitation pour toutes les unites de reclamations a travers le Canada, selon les besoins.

Responsabilites principales :



Facilitation / Developpement :



Animer des formations en presentiel (ILT) et virtuelles (VLT) pour les nouveaux employes et ceux en poste, en francais et en anglais, en utilisant des methodes d'apprentissage pour adultes. Faciliter des sujets conformement au guide du leader afin d'obtenir des resultats de performance efficaces. Demontrer des competences de facilitation efficaces pour assurer la retention du contenu et le transfert des competences sur le terrain. Faire preuve de passion et d'enthousiasme pour maintenir un environnement d'apprentissage stimulant et engageant. Participer a la creation et a la mise a jour du contenu de formation selon les besoins. Maintenir une connaissance a jour des normes de l'industrie, des exigences reglementaires et des procedures internes de reclamations.

Suivi des apprenants :



Identifier les lacunes dans la performance des apprenants a partir des observations et des evaluations. Soutenir le processus d'integration des nouvelles recrues pour assurer une transition fluide dans leur role. Communiquer les problemes et les ecarts de performance au gestionnaire de l'apprenant.

Evaluation :



Evaluer les commentaires et mettre a jour le materiel de formation de maniere continue. Proposer des ameliorations du contenu. Identifier et partager des moyens d'ameliorer continuellement l'efficacite des programmes.

Consultation :



Etablir des relations et consulter les gestionnaires de reclamations, les gestionnaires techniques et l'equipe de qualite et conformite pour comprendre les lacunes d'apprentissage et proposer des solutions. Collaborer avec des experts en la matiere pour developper et mettre a jour les supports de formation, les manuels et les modules d'apprentissage en ligne.

Coordination des programmes de formation :



Fournir un soutien administratif pour coordonner la livraison des cours et programmes de formation.

Travail de projet :



Collaborer avec les concepteurs pedagogiques pour fournir des conseils et de la consultation dans la conception et le developpement de nouveaux programmes. Creer des solutions d'apprentissage de petite a moyenne envergure (ex. : aides-memoires, presentations) pour soutenir les objectifs des projets d'equipe. Participer a l'elaboration de strategies et d'initiatives de formation bilingue.

Competences et qualifications :



Minimum de 3 ans d'experience dans la gestion de reclamations Automobiles, Propriete et/ou pertes totales. Capacite demontree a incarner les comportements de leadership et les valeurs ACG. Connaissance pratique des applications internes d'Allstate (Assistplus, Claims Center, PLUS, Policy Center, etc.). Excellentes competences organisationnelles et en gestion du temps, avec la capacite de travailler dans un environnement agile et de coordonner efficacement. Excellentes competences en presentation, avec la capacite de s'exprimer clairement et avec assurance, et d'engager des publics diversifies. Capacite a s'adapter positivement a un environnement en constante evolution et a adopter de nouvelles pratiques. Solides competences en consultation, communication orale et ecrite.
