The Claims Representative, Glass is responsible for handling glass claims and providing clients with efficient client service and guidance on the process.

How you will create impact:




Receive glass claims directly from clients and determine the cause of loss, confirm/deny coverage, set up the claim and review the claims process with the client. Contribute to a client service culture by embedding client engagement philosophies into daily work and implementing innovative, client-centric decision making, to be THE industry leader in client engagement. Prepare glass quote and communicate with glass or body shop regarding the cost of repairs. Process invoice payments in timely manner. Provide quality client service in accordance with our claims service standards.

One year of related business experience or equivalent in education Accurate keyboarding skills and the ability to type a minimum of 40 wpm.
