As a Claims Processor, you'll play a key role in supporting our Home Dealers by ensuring claims are handled quickly, accurately, and with a seamless customer service experience. Reporting to the Dealer Services Manager, this opportunity suits a detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service with accuracy and professionalism.

Please note this is a 12-month term position.

Ready to make an impact in a new role? Here's how:

Assist with Dealer inquiries pertaining to the Claims program (policies and procedures) and the electronic processing system. Review all electronic claims entered by Dealers and process next steps to ensure accuracy and correct invoicing for the Dealers. Provide support for other areas of the business related to Dealer claims. The filing of picklist and bill of ladings for Warehouse. Participate in the development of Claims training material to be shared interdepartmentally and with Dealers.

We're looking for:

Post-secondary courses in Business, Office Management or Accounting are an asset. One to two years of office, administration or claims experience is preferred. Retail experience would be considered an asset. Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge of Home Hardware's computer systems an asset. Product knowledge is beneficial. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to ensure professionalism during all correspondence. Excellent attention to detail skills. Ability to be onsite three days a week at our corporate office in St. Jacobs, to accommodate our hybrid working model.
