Join a team focused on the client experience! Your focus: you\'ll provide client-facing support on claims issues to all iA American clients, inclusive of our products and Third-Party Administrator (TPA) products. The Tier 2 Claims Support team focuses on delivering the value proposition at the center of the products we sell. The team works to help clients understand claim decisions, advocate for appropriate exceptions, and partner with clients to reach resolutions on escalated claim issues. The backgrounds we love: 2-5 yrs of customer service experience. Auto warranty claims exposure in a dealership or with an administrator. Associate\'s degree or equivalent experience.
