Trident Global Assistance is looking for a Claims Examiner to join the company on a full-time basis. Currently, this position works from home but may be required to work from the office in the future. Responsibilities
- Manage mid to high-level complexity travel insurance claims;
- Verify coverage
- Timely and accurately analyze and address coverage issues under insurance policies;
- Conduct timely and effective investigations of claims using internal and external resources;
- Effectively document all case events in a timely manner as case facts are developed, to include an evaluation of the potential risk exposure;
- Set timely and accurate expense reserves. Manage reserves throughout the life cycle of each claim while documenting any reserve changes;
- Complete timely and concise claim reports;
- Build and maintain relationships with external and internal customers to include insureds, providers and underwriters;
