Your role
Reporting to the Claims Manager, this evolving role is responsible for administrative support of the Claims Team.

What you will do:
Answer incoming calls to general claims phone line
Manage claims email inbox, attach all incoming reports, invoices, correspondence, to the claim and notify adjusters in a timely manner
Record details for all new reported claims by phone or email, verify information, and ensure accuracy of documentation
Open new claims in claim system, and assign adjuster
Assist with payment of invoices
Actively participate with Claims team projects and ad hoc tasks
Prepare reports on claims activity, trends, and outcomes
