As a Claims, Account Manager a typical day might include:

Reporting new claims to insurers Following up with insurers on closing notices Entering new claims into Epic Attaching updates of claims into Epic Liaising regularly with insurers to request claim statements and log details into Epic Running monthly reports to track loss ratios with various insurers Notifying the Director of Market Management of any large losses or circumstances that could lead to a large loss Assisting with internal quality control reviews

Working behind the scenes to ensure an exceptional customer experience ... knowing that the customer expects excellence ... and so do you!

Must haves:

2-3 years' experience in a corporate administrative/claims role, consistently meeting internal core competencies General Insurance Salesperson Level 2 license through the Insurance Council of British Columbia or equivalent license in the individual's province of residence, considered an asset Commercial insurance industry experience, considered an asset Post Secondary Degree, considered an asset Experience using Epic broker management system, considered an asset
