Cladding Foreman

to lead our site crews and help us deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

About the Role:

As a Cladding Foreman, you will be responsible for managing crews on-site, ensuring quality installation, enforcing safety standards, and keeping projects on schedule. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires experience, precision, and a commitment to doing the job right.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate cladding installation crews Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to spec Read and interpret construction drawings and plans Maintain daily reports and communicate with project managers Troubleshoot site issues and keep workflow moving efficiently Train and mentor team members to maintain performance and safety

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a foreman

in cladding or a similar trade Strong knowledge of cladding systems, tools, and safety practices Ability to read blueprints and layout work accurately Proven leadership and communication skills Reliable, organized, and results-driven Valid driver's license Willing to travel for work
