Civil Technologist

Job Description
We currently have an opening for a Civil Technologist in our Prince Albert office. You will join a dynamic team of engineers and technologists to provide topographic survey, construction inspection, drafting, and design for a variety of public and private section clients with a focus on roads, land development, site servicing, water distribution systems, wastewater collection systems, and storm water management projects in the infrastructure division.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology from an accredited post-secondary educational institution
- 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in civil design
- Additional experience that includes topographic surveys using conventional (i.e. total-station) and GPS-RTK survey methods is considered an asset
- Experience in using theodolite and level
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Experience in MS Word and Excel is an asset
- Experience with construction inspection is an asset
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and quality
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and schedules
- Availability and willingness to travel throughout Saskatchewan, including overnight stays
