Salary: $130-$140K, negotiable based on experience, LOA, Bonus, Year round workOUR CLIENT

They are growing, offering advancement opportunities and flat management structure with good natured and supportive leaders.Our client would like to bring on a diligent, reliable and knowledgeable Superintendent who is eager to grow with the company.THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• A minimum of 5 years of industry experience, specifically within utility installation and earthworks or hybrid experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and evaluate site performance is essential
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include management, co-workers, clients, vendors, contractors and other stakeholders
• Technical knowledge and project experience related to utility installation and earthworks on commercial/ industrial site development and/or road/highway construction
• Advanced knowledge of various construction disciplines, safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, quality control, engineering drawings and other documents
