Job Description
Nesma Construction is looking for skilled Civil Operators to join our team on projects located in Langford, Colwood, and Victoria, BC. The Civil Operator is responsible for operating a variety of heavy civil equipment used in construction projects, including excavators, loaders, graders, and more. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality completion of construction tasks on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, graders, and other machinery used in civil construction. Execute tasks according to project plans and specifications, including digging, grading, trenching, and earthmoving. Conduct routine inspections and perform basic maintenance on equipment to ensure it is in optimal working condition. Follow all safety protocols and site regulations to maintain a safe work environment. Collaborate with the site team, including foremen, engineers.
