Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support our operations and contribute to the overall efficiency of our projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Duties

Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Perform general site clean-up to maintain a safe and organized work environment. Operate hand tools and power tools as needed for various tasks. Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently. Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

Experience

Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or similar labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Familiarity with basic hand tools and safety equipment is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Pay: $27.00-$34.00 per hour
