is seeking applicants for a Project Coordinator position who are eager to learn and grow with our company. You will be working along side the Project Manager, Office Manager, and Superintendent to assist with the daily office tasks and project coordination.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate project activities such as schedules, materials order, quotes, permits, etc.
Complete daily reports, extra work orders, review daily timesheets.
Assist Project Manager & Superintendent with crew supervision and day to day tasks.
Perform project inspections.
Assist with estimating.
Assist Office Manager with data entry, invoices, day to day items.
Assist with Company Safety requirements.
Qualifications:
High school or Post Secondary Education
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Bluebeam.
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong background and understanding of civil construction and office processes.
Strong work ethic and works well in a team environment.
Must have a valid driver's license.
