Position Overview:
As a Civil Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating various civil construction projects. You will be responsible for leading a team of skilled workers, ensuring the successful execution of projects within specified timelines and budget constraints. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil construction, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Supervision: Oversee the day-to-day operations of civil construction projects, ensuring work is carried out in accordance with plans, specifications, and safety regulations.

Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of construction workers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure productivity and adherence to project goals.

Safety Compliance: Enforce and uphold strict safety standards on-site, conducting regular safety meetings, and promoting a culture of safety awareness among the team.

Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain high-quality construction standards, conducting inspections and ensuring compliance with project specifications.

Resource Management: Efficiently manage resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to optimize project outcomes.

Communication: Foster clear communication channels between team members, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure effective coordination and problem-solving.

Schedule Adherence: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that timelines are met and any delays are promptly addressed.

Problem Resolution: Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during construction, implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Civil Foreman in the construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of civil construction processes, techniques, and materials.
