Position: Civil Foreman/Woman

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

- Working Supervisor to work alongside and follow through with daily operations on civil projects, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

- Collaborate with a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting effective communication.

- Manage resources and ensure compliance with safety standards.

- Maintain oversight of daily duties, ensuring quality and timely completion of work.

- Assist in implementing best practices for project management and team coordination.

Qualifications:

- Experience as a Foreman or supervisory role within the construction or civil sector is preferred.

- Pipe experience is an asset but not required.

- Familiarity with GPS technology is a plus, but not mandatory.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.

Pay: $29.31-$30.48 per hour

Expected hours: 50 - 60 per week
