Civil Engineer (P.Eng.)

Compensation: Up to $130,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer (P.Eng.) to lead and support civil engineering design for municipal and land development projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage projects from concept through delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support civil engineering design for municipal and land development projects Prepare technical drawings, specifications, reports, procurement documents, and other project deliverables Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with applicable standards and project requirements Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, municipalities, and multidisciplinary teams Manage projects from proposal through delivery, maintaining strong client relationships Mentor and support EITs
Qualifications

Registered P.Eng. in Civil Engineering Knowledge of municipal and provincial engineering standards Proficient in the design of stormwater systems, water distribution, sanitary/septic systems, erosion & sediment control plans, and roadworks 6+ years of experience in civil engineering and project management Strong communication, coordination, and client-facing abilities Experience preparing technical drawings, technical reports, procurement documents, and conducting site inspections Valid Class 5 driver's license

Pay: $125,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
