Compensation Structure

Fixed fee per project (quote your rate for a typical 5-plex)

Must-Haves
---------------
P.Eng. licensed in Nova Scotia + Certificate of Compliance
3+ years civil site design (grading, drainage, servicing) for residential/light commercial
Proven sub-60-day permit approvals in HRM or comparable NS municipalities
Proficient in Revit (preferred) or Civil 3D
Fluent with HRM Municipal Design Guidelines, rational method, LID techniques
Self-managed and comfortable with "ship perfect, ship fast" culture
We also need occasional electrical, HVAC, structural, and plumbing engineering (less frequent than civil). If you can handle any of these disciplines, it's a major plus for workflow integration.
