Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Civil Construction Machine Operator to join our team. This role is vital to supporting various construction, maintenance, and general labour tasks across our projects. The ideal candidate will be reliable, physically capable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment. Prior experience is necessary as we are very busy.

Duties

Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment at job sites Perform general site cleanup to ensure safety and organization Dig trenches, prepare surfaces, and assist with basic construction tasks Operate hand tools and light machinery Support team members in completing project tasks efficiently Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear at all times Transport materials and tools as needed across job sites

Skills

Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labour for extended periods Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team Good communication skills for coordinating with crew members Basic understanding of safety procedures in construction or industrial environments Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude towards work responsibilities Prior experience in construction or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
