Your leadership style is collaborative, forward-thinking, and rooted in values of integrity, respect, and service.Qualifications

• A degree in Public or Business Administration (or equivalent combination of education/experience)

• 5+ years of senior leadership experience in a municipal or multi-stakeholder public sector environment

• Extensive knowledge of municipal legislation, finance, human resources, and organizational development

• A demonstrated ability to deliver results while nurturing a resilient, high-performing workforce

• Willingness to reside in and become a visible, engaged member of the Warman community
