As a Client Service Representative, whether its answering questions, assisting with transactions, or proactively connecting clients with the right team members, youll be the first line of support as clients work towards their financial goals. Youre flexible to work our banking centre hours which may include evenings and weekends. Client Engagement RepresentativeWhat you'll be doingAs a member of the Personal and Business Banking Team, youll work in a fast-paced Banking Centre. As a Client Engagement Representative, you will be the first point of contact for most clients entering the banking centre and will engage clients in conversation to understand their immediate needs and identify opportunities. Youll use your knowledge of financial services products to help clients with their day-to-day banking needs and introduce them to the appropriate team member.At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. As a Financial Services Representative, youll foster key relationships with clients, understand their financial and personal goals, provide informative and tailored service, and recommend the right products and solutions that will help their financial success. Youre flexible to work our banking centre hours which may include evenings and weekends.
