Tasks

Evaluate mobility, balance, gait and posture Examine the patient Diagnose disorders of the spine and other body joints Adjust position of displaced vertebrae and other articulations, using manipulative therapy Advise patients on corrective exercises, lifestyle and nutrition Administer evaluative tests and procedures Select appropriate exercises, apparatus and manipulations Maintain clinical and progress reports Confer with other health professionals Assess patients' physical abilities Teach and/or supervise exercises to patients
