We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Chiropractic Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the chiropractic practice by providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and assisting with patient care. This position requires strong multi-tasking abilities and communication skills, along with a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities
Greet patients as they arrive at the office, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently.
Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer support throughout their visit.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner.
Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for each patient
Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries as needed.
Perform clerical duties such as scanning, data entry, emails, letter writing, etc.
Manage motor vehicle accident and WSIB claims.
Skills
Previous experience in a front desk or clerical role is ideal, particularly in a healthcare setting.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
Proficiency in administrative tasks, including scheduling, filing, and basic bookkeeping.
Familiarity with computer applications for document management and communication.
Attention to detail with excellent proofreading skills to maintain high-quality documentation.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated to complete tasks independently.
