Job responsibilities include:
-Checking in and scheduling patients
-Answering phones in a pleasant, helpful, and professional manner
-Copy, scan, and send records as well as type letters
Candidate must have:
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong phone customer services skills
-Ability to create and maintain positive, effective working relationships with patients, staff, and the public
-Strong computer and internet skills
-Able to multitask while focusing on details
Candidate must also be:
-Self-motivated
-Well-organized, detail oriented and punctual
-Someone who enjoys Dad jokes :)
Must be trainable, willing to learn. Attending onsite/offsite training is required. Full time 28 hours/week. Paid holidays, training, plus bonus program
