This position is a Permanent opportunity with approx. 35-40 hours per week. Due to the nature of the hours this position is not suitable for students. About Us:

About the Position: For this Front Desk Clerical position, we are looking for a team-player, someone with experience in a chiropractic or busy healthcare practice and/or a passion for chiropractic care and living a wellness lifestyle. Someone who thrives in a multi-tasking, fast-paced, busy environment. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills for communicating with the doctor and patients as well as ensuring that a high standard of patient care is always maintained. Job responsibilities (include but not limited to): Front desk and reception responsibilities; Greeting patients upon arrival and processing patient check-in and check-out; appointment scheduling and schedule management; patient communications in person, via telephone and email, when required; making calls and answering phones to schedule, reschedule and confirm patient appointments; patient recalls; provide exceptional customer service; orchestrate the patient office visit from beginning to end; ensure efficient and timely office flow; preparation of adjusting beds; bringing patients to adjusting area; payment processing for chiropractic services and nutritional products; product inventory management; patient care schedule management; chart management and daily preparation of patient charts for the day\xe2\x80\x99s appointments; composition and preparation of letters and office documents, utilizing proper language, grammar and punctuation; patient charting and documentation. Working as part of a team you will support the doctor in providing exceptional patient care, communicating to the doctor patient needs in a timely fashion, as well as assisting with patient education. Light housekeeping as required. Qualifications: Bringing a strong work ethic and punctuality, you will have the ability to work independently and/or with minimal supervision. You posses a solid skill-set in appointment scheduling and schedule management and complete all tasks with attention to detail and accuracy. You are a master multi-tasker and will be able to administrator the front desk, while maintaining patient focused care, organization and professionalism at all times, in all situations and in all interactions. You demonstrate patience, approachability and a calm demeanor. You have the ability to manage patient care, expectations and concerns and adapt well to a demanding busy office and manage personal stress. This position requires an enthusiastic, energetic, quick learning and career minded person. This position will keep you on the move. You will bring STRONG, CLEAR & PROFESSIONAL interpersonal, communication, telephone & customer service skills. EXPERIENCED in a busy Chiropractic/healthcare office. An OUTGOING & PROFESSIONAL personality and posses CONFIDENCE in dealing with the public. You have outstanding PRIORITIZATION and TIME MANAGEMENT skills. You can take direction well and be ACCURATE, EFFICIENT, DETAILED and THOROUGH with every task. This is a dynamic position that requires EXCELLENT MEMORY, RETENTION & RECALL. This position is a permanent full-time opportunity working Monday to Friday approximately 35-40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have flexibility in their schedule to accommodate/cover occasional additional hours to meet the staffing needs of the office. Work hours vary from early morning to evening. Scheduled work weeks will typically include one or two evening shifts and two to three morning shifts per week depending on the week. You MUST be available to work all office shifts whether they are morning, afternoon or evening, this is non-negotiable. (e.g. 6:30am- 3:00pm; 11:00am-7:30pm; 12:30pm - 9:00pm (till close); Closed on all holidays; No weekends except for occasional office event or staff training/professional development. Wage: $18.00-$24.00 per hour What We Offer:

Work Environment:
Patient focused, chiropractic and wellness office environment; Repetitive tasks; Candidate must be able to thrive in a busy, face-paced environment. This is an active position and involves combination of sitting, standing, walking. Frequently moving around briskly on regular basis during entire shift and at times demanding work environment; multitasking, need to adapt quickly to changing demands while maintaining attention to detail and customer service. Significant use of memory. This is NOT a sit-down office position, you will be on your feet and moving around for a good part of your shift. How To Apply:
