We are seeking a dedicated Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. For an upcoming maternity leave. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, administrative support, and clerical assistance in a chiropractic office setting which includes massage therapy, counselling and kinesiology services.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage front desk operations including appointment scheduling and patient check-in
- Handle phone calls with proper phone etiquette and provide customer support
- Assist with administrative tasks such as billing insurance, proofreading documents and maintaining records
- Support chiropractic staff with daily operations
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient care
- Proficient in administrative tasks and clerical duties
- Knowledge of front desk operations in a medical or dental office setting is a plus
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with JaneApp is a plus

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
