The Role:
We are seeking an
energetic, organized, and proactive Chiropractic Front Desk Coordinator
with experience in a busy clinic. You will manage front desk operations, support patient care, and ensure smooth office workflow in a
high-volume, fast-paced environment
. This position
requires constant movement, walking, and being on your feet
, with hands-on involvement in patient care management, daily chart prep, and office operations. You must also
dynamically manage the appointment schedule, anticipate conflicts, and maintain optimal patient flow
independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients, check-in/check-out, and manage front desk operations.
Handle phone and email communications, patient correspondence, and appointment scheduling, rescheduling and confirmations.
Manage and dynamically adjust the appointment schedule to ensure smooth patient flow; coordinate recalls and care programs proactively.
Prepare and maintain daily patient charts, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Support patient care: prepare adjusting tables, accompany patients to treatment areas, and assist with care programs.
Collect payments, manage patient accounts, retail sales, and inventory.
Prepare letters and office documents; fax/scan/email as needed.
Perform light housekeeping and office organization; ensure a professional, tidy environment.
Open and close clinic per protocol.
Communicate patient questions, concerns, or requests to the doctor promptly.
Who You Are:
2+ years experience in chiropractic or healthcare, preferably in a busy clinic.
Highly organized, proactive, and able to
manage a fast-paced, high-volume office and schedule independently
.
Thrives while multitasking, moving constantly, and handling many patient interactions daily.
Professional, calm, approachable, and patient-centered.
Passionate about chiropractic care and holistic wellness.
Schedule & Expectations:
Monday-Friday, 35-40 hours/week
Rotating shifts
: early mornings, afternoons, evenings (examples: 6:30am-3:00pm; 10:30am-7:00pm; 12:30pm-9:00pm)
Must be available for
all office shifts
; occasional additional hours may be required.
Closed on holidays; no regular weekends except occasional office events or training.
Wage:
We offer competitive pay in line with industry standards:
$20.00-$24.00 per hour, depending on previous chiropractic or healthcare office experience. Prior chiropractic office experience will be considered when determining starting wage
