Key Responsibilities
Practice Member Engagement
Greet and welcome patients warmly, ensuring they feel comfortable.
Assist with patient check-ins, scheduling appointments, and follow-ups.
Educate patients on chiropractic processes and forms, ensuring clarity and support.
Foster positive relationships and create a collaborative, family-friendly environment.
Administrative Support
Handle front desk activities: answer phones, respond to emails, and manage office supplies.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate practice member records using electronic health systems (training provided).
Assist with billing and patient account-related tasks.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with chiropractors to ensure seamless care and coordination.
Participate in team meetings, contributing to overall clinic goals.
Promote a culture of collaboration, positivity, and laughter.
Passion for Chiropractic Wellness
Demonstrate genuine enthusiasm for chiropractic principles and practices.
Educate practice members on the benefits of chiropractic care and promote overall wellness.
Customer Service
Handle patient inquiries or concerns efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications
Knowledge or interest in chiropractic care and wellness.
Comfort working with children and families.
Familiarity with pregnancy, parenting, and early childhood development is an asset.
Experience in a healthcare office setting or customer service role is preferred.
