full-time, long-term employee.

We have three subluxation-based chiropractors, four massage therapists and an acupuncturist.

In addition to the chiropractors and therapists, we have four full-time support staff. The qualities of our staff include:

Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment. Manage multi-line phone systems, answering calls and scheduling appointments with professionalism using Jane. Perform data entry and maintain accurate patient records using Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Handle clerical tasks such as filing and organizing documents efficiently. Provide excellent customer service, addressing patient inquiries and concerns promptly. Support the chiropractic team with administrative duties as needed.
A working knowledge of human anatomy and physiology and knowledge of chiropractic is an asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 37.50 per week
