Overview
St. Andrew's United Church in Lacombe is currently looking for an individual to lead our Sunday School and other children's ministry on an
interim basis (4 months or so)

1. Program development and co-ordination
a. Plan and lead children's ministry programs (Sunday morning, possible special events)
b. Develop or find appropriate curriculum and activities
c. Maintain Prayground activities and supplies in the sanctuary
d. Co-ordinate children's program or childcare for significant church events
2. Volunteer management
a. Recruit, train, and schedule volunteers for children's programs
b. Provide ongoing support and recognition for volunteers
3. Family engagement
a. Communicate regularly with parents about programs, events, and spiritual resources
b. Participate in and connect with the Messy Church program
4. Safety and Compliance
a. Ensure all programs follow Duty of Care policies and procedures
