Raising kids is hard; raising good kids is harder; raising Christian kids is the hardest. God never intended for families to raise kids on their own, however, most parents will admit that they feel alone and out of their depth when it comes to raising their families to love and honour God. When we try to do it by ourselves, we can get discouraged, overwhelmed, and lead our of desperation rather than purpose. And when that happens, it can hurt our faith, our homes, and our community.

- Curate curriculum for Nursery to grade 5 programs, including media, worship and lyrics, weekly developmental and appropriate lesson plans and activities; and creates a monthly set design in relation to the monthly theme.

- Provides leadership for the Cariboo Kids Serve Team and coordinates their gifting and resources for the success of the program and our families.

- Bring leadership, oversight, planning, preparation, and quality control for kids' program at CRCF.

- Plans, organizes, and executes seasonal kids production

- Plans, organizes, and executes quarterly family events

- Provides leadership, organization of volunteers, spiritual direction, preaching and presentation of the word, worship elements, supplies and storage, annual calendar, budgets and prayer for the ministry.

-Provides a safe and welcoming environment, in line with CRCF and Plan to Protect, as well as church policies and procedures.

Requirements

- 2 years into a Bachelors Degree in Biblical or Religious Studies OR 3 years+ experience in relevant ministry experience.

- Spiritually maturing

-Strong people's skills and team player

- Excellent organizational skills, planning, problem-solving, etc

- Plan to Protect training and certification is a bonus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
