Overview

We are seeking a caring and responsible Babysitter to provide attentive childcare and support for families. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with children, capable of creating a safe and engaging environment, and experienced in caregiving duties. Responsibilities

Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times during scheduled hours Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks tailored to children's dietary needs Assist with educational activities, teaching basic skills, and encouraging learning through play Perform light housekeeping tasks related to childcare, including cleaning up after children and maintaining their belongings Engage children in age-appropriate activities to promote social, emotional, and physical development Support children with special needs or disabilities as required, providing compassionate care and assistance Communicate effectively with parents regarding daily activities, milestones, and any concerns

Experience

Prior experience working with children in a caregiving or educational setting is preferred Experience with meal preparation, cooking, and cleaning related to childcare responsibilities Knowledge of caregiving techniques for children with disabilities is a plus Demonstrated ability to teach, nurture, and engage children in constructive activities Strong interpersonal skills for working collaboratively with families and children of various backgrounds
