Child & Youth Care Workers - New Agency Upper Fraser Valley





We're a new youth services agency in the Upper Fraser Valley, and we're hiring

Child & Youth Care Workers

to support youth with special needs and at-risk youth in group home settings.

Shifts Available (Full-Time, Part-Time, Casual)




Day: 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Evening: 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. Awake Night: 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.




Starting wage is commensurate with experience, typically ranging from $27.54 - $33.25 per hour.

What You'll Do




Support youth with behavioural, emotional, and mental health needs Participate in service planning and goal setting Promote safety, well-being, and dignity Prepare meals, maintain cleanliness, and provide personal care as needed Advocate for youth and connect them to services



What You Bring




2+ years experience with youth with special needs or at-risk backgrounds (preferred) Certificate in Child/Youth Care, Community Support Work, or equivalent, relevant experience providing direct support Valid BC driver's license and reliable vehicle First Aid certification and TB test Criminal Record Check and HUB clearance (Vulnerable Sector)
