We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children. Your primary focus will be on the well-being and development of each child in your care, ensuring they receive the attention and support they need to thrive. Duties
Supervise and engage with children during playtime, meals, and educational activities.
Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and social skills.
Provide care for children with disabilities, ensuring their specific needs are met.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for children to explore.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
Foster positive relationships with children to encourage their emotional development.
Assist with daily routines such as diaper changes, feeding, and nap times.
Requirements
Proven experience working with children in a caregiving or educational setting.
Strong understanding of child development principles.
Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable.
Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with children and parents alike.
Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching and caregiving.
