What will you be doing?

As an

Education Coach

your responsibilities will include:


Overseeing educational quality of classrooms, staff, and equipment in multiple centers. Ensuring maintenance and delivery of standardized curriculum to all age groups. Soliciting and responding to feedback regarding programs Providing classroom-based demonstrations, collaborations, and one-on-one support to educators. Assisting Centre Directors and Area Managers with development of staff training programs, schedule and workshops. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field 5+ years teaching experience Childcare Mentor/Leadership experience an asset Proficiency in Microsoft Office Valid G License and reliable transportation for travel as needed amongst various centers Must meet province requirements for child care employment
