Role Summary
We are seeking
Child and Youth Care Practitioners
to support children, youth, adolescents, and adults with challenging behaviours. This role includes community engagement, program support, and connecting clients to health, social, and cultural resources.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with individuals, families, and community partners
Provide culturally safe, trauma-informed, and inclusive support
Assist with community programs and outreach initiatives
Connect clients to appropriate resources and services
Qualifications
Diploma/degree in Child and Youth Work, Child and Youth Care, or related field
5+ years' experience supporting individuals with challenging behaviours
Experience with mental health, developmental challenges, FASD, Autism, or dual diagnosis
First Aid/CPR certification and Vulnerable Sector Police Check (?6 months old)
Crisis Intervention training (UMAB, CPI, or TCI)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Knowledge of Indigenous and local community needs an asset
