The Role

We are seeking a

Registered Psychotherapist

who has experience supporting children (8+), adolescents, and families.

This is a

contract-based role

with flexibility and autonomy, supported by our established practice.

You'll benefit from:

Flexible scheduling (primarily after-school, evenings, and weekends) A steady stream of referrals as our clinic continues to grow Administrative support (scheduling, billing, and record keeping systems) A professional, fully furnished office space in central Whitby

Responsibilities

Provide psychotherapy to children, teens, young adults, parents, and families Complete clinical documentation in compliance with CRPO standards and PHIPA Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals as needed Attend occasional team meetings for connection and support Maintain professional liability insurance and CRPO registration in good standing

Qualifications

Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with CRPO, or RP (Qualifying) actively pursuing full registration Experience working with children, adolescents, and families Training in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, play therapy, or family systems Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative environment Comfortable with after-school/evening hours to meet client demand Current professional liability insurance Vulnerable Sector Check (Level 3)
