With over 30 years of history in the surrogacy field, and new ventures in digital services, we are passionate about helping people while building smart, efficient systems.

I'm looking for a right hand -- an Operations Manager / Chief of Staff -- to work directly with me (CEO) to keep our operations running smoothly and allow me more time to focus on strategic growth.

The Role


This is not your typical operations role. You'll wear many hats, from managing day-to-day processes to supporting marketing, finance, and even travel. It requires a trustworthy, detail-oriented "unicorn" who thrives in a fast-moving environment.

What You'll Do:



Act as a direct report to the CEO and primary point of contact for operations. Manage day-to-day business operations across multiple companies. Oversee financial tracking, assist with accounts and banking, and ensure reimbursements and payments are organized. Coordinate client travel and logistics (flights, hotels, itineraries), as well as occasional personal travel for the CEO. Support marketing and digital efforts, including: Updating WordPress websites Scheduling and posting to social media Creating graphics/presentations in Canva or similar tools Assist with project management, ensuring tasks, deadlines, and deliverables are met. Anticipate needs, solve problems, and keep things moving forward with minimal supervision.

What We're Looking For:



Proven experience in operations, project management, or executive support. High level of trustworthiness and discretion (you'll handle accounts, banking, and sensitive client information). Strong organizational and problem-solving skills -- able to juggle multiple projects at once. Tech-savvy with comfort in tools like WordPress, Canva, Google Workspace, and CRM/automation platforms. Bonus points for social media management, graphic design, or marketing experience. Flexible, resourceful, and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment where no two days look the same.
