TSB Communications is a multidisciplinary group with start ups in

web, marketing, media, design/build, and healthcare SaaS

. We've built proven businesses and are now scaling aggressively. We're looking for a

Chief of Staff

to work directly with the CEO and help manage operations, finances, staff, and projects across multiple companies.

This is not an administrative role -- it's a

strategic operator position

. The Chief of Staff will act as the CEO's right hand, ensuring things get done, teams stay accountable, and key decisions are supported with solid data and reporting.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple business units. Manage staff progress, ensure accountability, and track KPIs. Oversee company finances, bookkeeping, cash flow, and budgets. Prepare clear financial reports and forecasts for CEO review. Lead project management and cross-functional initiatives. Represent the CEO in meetings, gather updates, and report back. Translate the CEO's vision into actionable plans and systems.
Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in

operations, finance, consulting, or management

. Strong with numbers: budgets, P&L, and financial analysis. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Experience managing staff and holding teams accountable. Strong communication and leadership presence. Entrepreneurial mindset; thrives in a fast-paced, multi-business environment.

Pay: $64,468.08-$150,026.05 per year
