\xc3\x80 propos du Chef du Marketing : Nous sommes \xc3\xa0 la recherche d\'un \xc2\xab Chef du Marketing \xc2\xbb pour prendre en charge l\'int\xc3\xa9gralit\xc3\xa9 de notre strat\xc3\xa9gie corporative, de nos programmes ainsi que de nos campagnes qui soutiendront notre prochaine phase de croissance \xc3\xa0 venir. Sous la responsabilit\xc3\xa9 du \xc2\xab Pr\xc3\xa9sident et Directeur G\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9ral\xc2\xbb, le titulaire du poste dirigera les fonctions marketing et commerciales de l\xe2\x80\x99organisation et deviendra un membre cl\xc3\xa9 de l\'\xc3\xa9quipe de direction de Ray-Mont Logistiques Inc.

Ce que le titulaire du poste devra faire :

• D\xc3\xa9velopper la structure du d\xc3\xa9partement commercial et de marketing de l\xe2\x80\x99entreprise;
• Veiller \xc3\xa0 concevoir, orchestrer et gouverner les strat\xc3\xa9gies commerciales li\xc3\xa9es aux solutions d\xe2\x80\x99exportation et d\xe2\x80\x99importation de marchandises par conteneur;
• Assurer et optimiser les strat\xc3\xa9gies commerciales associ\xc3\xa9es aux services offerts dans les Terminaux;
• Avec l\xe2\x80\x99aide des membres de l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipe de leadership, g\xc3\xa9rer les relations d\xe2\x80\x99affaires de l\xe2\x80\x99organisation avec ses partenaires et son estim\xc3\xa9e client\xc3\xa8le;
• Concevoir, d\xc3\xa9velopper et propager l\xe2\x80\x99identit\xc3\xa9 corporative \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99externe;
• Assurer une saine et engageante gestion des m\xc3\xa9dias sociaux dans l\xe2\x80\x99organisation;
• Conduire les \xc3\xa9tudes de march\xc3\xa9, la d\xc3\xa9termination des prix, la commercialisation des services ainsi que les communications marketing;

Habilet\xc3\xa9s et qualifications requises par le titulaire du poste :

• Poss\xc3\xa9der au moins 15 ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience ou plus dans le domaine du marketing de croissance d\xe2\x80\x99entreprise;
• Avoir une exp\xc3\xa9rience pertinente commerciale appliqu\xc3\xa9e au sein d\xe2\x80\x99une \xc3\xa9quipe de direction en phase finale de d\xc3\xa9veloppement et/ou \xc3\xa0 forte croissance;
• D\xc3\xa9tenir une expertise relev\xc3\xa9e, une connaissance approfondie dans l\xe2\x80\x99industrie du commerce international de marchandises ou dans un domaine \xc3\xa9quivalent;
• D\xc3\xa9montrer une exp\xc3\xa9rience de gestion reconnue et significative en gestion d\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipes de travail;
• Avoir un tr\xc3\xa8s grand esprit analytique, entrepreneurial et cr\xc3\xa9atif;
• D\xc3\xa9montrer des habilet\xc3\xa9s reconnues dans la gestion et la gouvernance des plateformes et outils marketings efficaces;
• \xc3\x8atre confortable \xc3\xa0 d\xc3\xa9velopper, inspirer, retenir et encadrer des \xc3\xa9quipes de marketing et commerciales afin d\xe2\x80\x99atteindre les objectifs ambitieux de l\xe2\x80\x99entreprise;

About the Chief Marketing Officer: We are looking for a "Chief Marketing Officer" to take full ownership of our Sales and Marketing strategy, programs, and campaigns, that will support our next phase of growth moving forward. Reporting to the President and CEO, this position will lead the marketing and sales functions of the organization and become a key member of the Ray-Mont Logistics executive leadership team.

What the job holder will do:

• Develop the structure of the company\'s sale and marketing department;
• Design, orchestrate and govern commercial strategies related to containerized export and import solutions;
• Ensure and optimize the commercial strategies services offered within Terminals;
• In conjunction with members of the leadership team, manage the company\'s business relationships with its partners and valued customers;
• Design, develop and cultivate the corporate identity externally;
• Lead the company\'s public relations efforts and maintain sound social media management;
• Ensure the organization is involved in community support and development;
• Conduct market research, pricing, service marketing and marketing communications;
• Liaise with other departments to drive a unified approach to customer service, distribution, and execution that meets market requirements;

Skills and Qualifications Required of the Position:

• Possess at least 15+ years of experience in the field of business growth marketing;
• Have relevant applied business experience within a late stage and/or high growth management team;
• Has in depth and relevant expertise/knowledge in the international supply chain industry or equivalent field;
• Demonstrate significant and proven experience in managing work teams, at an executive level;
• Have a strong analytical, entrepreneurial and creative mind;
• Demonstrate skills in the management and governance of effective marketing platforms and tools;
• Be comfortable developing, inspiring, retaining and coaching marketing and sales teams to achieve ambitious company goals;
