Koii is a fast-growing AI Infrastructure startup, with a global team who have built a unique solution that gives enterprises and startups access to reliable & more affordable compute power while rewarding anyone in the world with a computer for supplying it.

Role Summary

We\'re looking for a CMO with 5+ years of experience to manage a multi-channel marketing strategy, focusing on user acquisition and ecosystem growth leading up to a public token sale. This role will report to the founders, CEO and Creative Director, and work with agencies and community leads to create, manage, and execute the marketing strategy.

Any other key things the person who fills the role needs to be involved in.

Key Responsibilities

• Owning the overall marketing and content strategy for the company\'s key areas and coordinating with key teams (ex. design, business development, etc)
• Collaborate with the company\'s key groups (ex. communities, partners, customers, and team) to deliver content on key channels (ex. social media, blogs, and media platforms)
• Performing user research, crafting positioning/messaging, performing user product education, and developing creative assets
• Planning, executing, and iterating marketing campaigns
• Observe key external events (ex. online events, hackathons, speaking panels) for opportunities for growth, partnerships, network expansion, etc.
• Any other key responsibilities

Must have skills and attributes:

• 5+ years experience in a strategic marketing role
• 3+ years experience working in the blockchain industry
• Previous experience marketing an L1 blockchain
• Strong understanding of Edge Computing, AI, & Web3 Tech
• Interest in privacy/self-sovereignty ethos
• Understand traditional marketing principles and implementation (media, PR, paid advertising, email marketing, etc) in addition to Web3 marketing strategies, and can strategize growth activities
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clearly articulated messaging
• High attention to detail, excellent time management, and organizational skills
• Creative, analytical, results driven, resourceful, etc
• Ability to work under pressure in fast paced environment and industry
• Previous project management experience preferred
• Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills, and able to work independently by influencing stakeholders at different levels
