Job Description

The Chief Financial Officer contributes to the success of the UNI-ONE FOOD GROUP by maximizing the strategic financial planning and business-finance integration, leveraging overall insight in financial and accounting management and maintaining compliance with discretion.

Key Responsibilities?



Strategic Planning & Decision Support



Participate in the formulation of corporate strategy, providing professional financial insights to support business expansion and investment decisions.

Develop differentiated financial strategies tailored to industry characteristics.

Financial System Development & Control



Establish and improve financial management systems, optimizing accounting, budgeting, taxation, and risk control frameworks.

Oversee cost control management (e.g., production, distribution expenses) and supply chain operations (e.g., inventory, logistics costs).

Capital Operations & Financing



Lead corporate financing initiatives, liaising with investment institutions, banks, and other stakeholders to advance equity/debt financing.

Be well-versed in financing models relevant to the warehousing industry or wholesaling sector.

Business-Finance Integration & Performance Management



Leverage financial data analytics to drive business growth, monitoring key performance indicators.

Build and implement the financial management model to support business units with refined operational insights.

Compliance & Risk Management



Ensure compliance with financial regulations, addressing industry-specific reviews.

Identify potential business risks and develop contingency strategies.

Qualifications:



A bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.

Senior professional titles or certifications of CPA or CFA preferred.

Minimum 10 years of corporate financial management experience, with at least 3 years as Finance Director or CFO. Prior CFO experience in a publicly listed company preferred.

Familiar with end-to-end financial management.

Proficient in financial modeling for wholesaling or supply chains and profitability analysis. Experience in wholesale or supply chain enterprises preferred.

Strong strategic thinking, able to design financial solutions aligned with industry characteristics.

Proven track record in capital operations, with successful cases in fundraising, IPOs or M&A.

High professional integrity, strong sense of accountability, and excellent bilingual (Mandarin & English) communication skills.

Proficiency in financial systems and data analytic tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $150,000.00-$180,000.00 per year
