Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our organization's financial planning, management, and growth initiatives. The CFO will oversee all financial activities, ensuring fiscal responsibility, compliance, and alignment with our long-term business objectives. Responsibilities

Develop and implement financial strategies that support organizational goals and growth initiatives Oversee budgeting processes, financial forecasting, and risk management to ensure fiscal health Lead accounting functions including account reconciliation, financial reporting, and compliance with regulatory standards Manage relationships with financial institutions, investors, and stakeholders through effective negotiation and communication Drive business development efforts by identifying new revenue opportunities and optimizing existing financial operations Ensure adherence to corporate governance standards and maintain internal controls for financial integrity Provide strategic guidance on mergers, acquisitions, or other major investments Lead a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

Pay: $84,777.77-$229,297.91 per year
