Ardea Technologies is a Canadian leader in the design and manufacturing of custom electrical panels, serving an international portfolio of clients across infrastructure, utilities, industrial, and commercial sectors. Based in a 40,000 sq. ft. facility in Ontario and supported by a team of approximately 80 employees, Ardea combines technical expertise with a commitment to quality and innovation.

As the company enters a new chapter, we are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and people-focused CEO to reset the tone, mature the organization, and guide Ardea into its next phase of sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities



Strategic Leadership

: Develop and execute a clear, actionable business plan that positions Ardea for scalable growth, improved profitability, and enhanced global competitiveness.

Organizational Clarity

: Lead the implementation of role clarity, decision rights, and accountability frameworks that strengthen internal cohesion and performance.

Culture & Tone Reset

: Inspire and energize the team with a renewed sense of purpose and vision. Set the tone from the top with transparency, empathy, and decisiveness.

Business Development

: Strengthen business development capabilities and expand key customer relationships, partnerships, and sales pipelines.

Operational Excellence

: Oversee production, supply chain, and engineering functions to drive efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.

People & Talent

: Build and nurture a strong leadership team and workforce through mentoring, performance management, and a culture of continuous improvement.

Financial Stewardship

: Ensure financial health through effective budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Partner with ownership on strategic investments and risk management.

Customer Focus

: Maintain and elevate Ardea's reputation for quality, reliability, and service, ensuring alignment with evolving client needs and industry standards.

Qualifications & Experience



Proven experience as a CEO, GM, or senior executive in a manufacturing or industrial company, preferably with exposure to electrical, panel-building, or systems integration sectors Strong track record in organizational turnaround, culture transformation, and business development Deep understanding of operational best practices in a manufacturing setting, including lean principles and quality systems Demonstrated leadership ability with exceptional communication, influence, and team-building skills Financial literacy and experience with P&L responsibility Technical background in electrical, automation, or engineering fields is a strong asset Experience working with mid-sized teams and navigating the balance between strategy and execution

Pay: $71,583.02-$225,555.72 per year
