We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Sous Chef to join our culinary team. Responsibilities

Assist the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations and ensuring smooth workflow. Supervise and manage kitchen staff, including cooks and food service personnel, fostering a collaborative team environment. Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food handling and safety protocols are strictly followed to maintain hygiene standards. Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and manage stock rotation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with health regulations. Support training and development of team members to enhance skills and performance. Contribute to menu planning, recipe development, and presentation standards. Uphold excellent customer service by ensuring timely food delivery and addressing guest needs when necessary.

Skills

Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or food service environment. Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling techniques. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. Extensive restaurant management experience is preferred. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry. Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on teamwork and hospitality. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen setting. Familiarity with serving procedures and maintaining high standards of quality control.
