We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and hospitality, with experience in the food industry and a strong understanding of kitchen operations. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in preparing high-quality dishes that meet our restaurant's standards while ensuring a smooth and efficient kitchen environment.

Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations, utensils, and equipment.
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients.
Monitor food quality during cooking to ensure consistency and adherence to health standards.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Help supervise junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is a must.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment operation.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with team members.
