Summary
We are seeking a talented Chef to join our dynamic team at Trio. In this role, you will lead our kitchen staff in creating exceptional dishes that reflect our passion for quality and service. Your culinary expertise will help us maintain our reputation as a premier dining destination.
Responsibilities
Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
Develop and design innovative menu items that align with our fine dining concept.
Manage kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to enhance the overall dining experience for guests.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the restaurant industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
In-depth knowledge of food handling, preparation techniques, and culinary trends.
Excellent communication skills to interact with staff and guests professionally.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
